HOT IRON® 1 is a strength endurance training with barbells including technical training. Suitable for everyone as a training option, if at traditional strengthening courses such as body styling, abdomen, legs and bum not the desired training effects are achieved!
This course is an ideal introduction to the barbell training, since the course of the training consists of exercises with the barbell. Thus, the important basics and designs are learned through meaningful combined technical training and not overwhelm a beginner! With no more than 50 repetitions of each muscle is actually trained endurance in the field and provides enhanced training effects.
