The classic body shaping workout in the guise of the IRON SYSTEM®. Applied Sports Science has never seen such classic body shaping course that helps achieve toning, strength and well-being within such a short period of time. Beginners in sports and training are usually best served with a traditional “toning” lesson plan. (Abs, legs and bum for example.) There are many courses, in which “tightening of certain parts of the body” or even “effectiveness” are promised.

But unfortunately, on closer inspection, this goal is not possible to achieve because certain training principles are not respected. For this reason, experts of the IRON SYSTEM® have developed an effective training method that can be used in the mentioned course formats: meaningfully assembled body exercises with and without aids, but without barbell promise high effectiveness. Based on scientific training aspects, each participant receives goal-oriented training throughout the course.

This way, the IRON WORKOUT® method generally helps one get used to the training and offers firming and fat burning effects of training first and prepares one for HOT IRON® 1.
