The IRON SYSTEM® is so effective that two courses per week are completely sufficient. If necessary, you can add a little more simple cardiovascular training.
These courses also prepare the total beginner for the more advanced training of the IRON SYSTEM® periodization. The IRON SYSTEM® provides the perfect level of performance for each course. After a few weeks those who take part in one of these introductory courses they become well prepared for the HOT IRON® 1.

HOT IRON® YoungStar
The cool response from the IRON SYSTEM® to increase physical activity and tackle obesity problems of the youth. The specially trained coaches teach the young generation between the ages of 10 and 16 with this modified strength workout that is fun, healthy and promotes active lifestyle.
These workouts are the most effective when they are periodized, so in certain periods are applied alternately. This increases the effects of training significantly and provides plenty of variety! In order to achieve the perfect result, a training plan is to be followed with weight increase for added difficulty, followed by a logically structured training.
