HOT IRON® 2 is a coordinative and conditional increase to the HOT IRON® 1. New exercises, a partially modified target area of the muscles and longer exercise time to train the body in other ways than previously.
More efficiency, more body fat reduction, more health.
After about 6 – 8 weeks of HOT IRON® 1 training the course should be changed to HOT IRON® 2, as the body is already used to the training stimulus. A mixture of cardio and strength (muscle hypertrophy) intensify the training effects.
